Waitlist & Seat Confirmation
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in an upcoming evening but does not guarantee a seat. With only eight places at the table, seat confirmation is based on availability and the host's discretion.
Where possible, each table is thoughtfully arranged with guests' dietary needs and allergens in mind, to ensure the evening is comfortable and enjoyable for everyone seated together.
Dietary Requirements & Allergens
- Please disclose all dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances at the time of joining the waitlist.
- While every care is taken, our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free environment and traces of common allergens may be present.
- Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact us directly before confirming a seat.
Bookings & Payment
- Once a seat is offered, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your place.
- Payment links are sent directly and seats are confirmed only once payment is received.
- Menus are not disclosed in advance — every dish remains a surprise until it reaches the table.
Cancellations & Changes
- If you can no longer attend, please let us know as early as possible so your seat can be offered to another guest.
- Deposits and payments may not be refundable closer to the event date, at the host's discretion.
- The Coconut Tide reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an evening due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case guests will be notified and offered an alternative date or full refund.
Privacy
Information shared through the waitlist form — including contact details, dietary needs, and notes — is used solely to plan and host your evening with us. Your details are never shared or sold, and you may ask to be removed from our list at any time.
